Sarah Derocha was born in the Chicago area. Graduated with her Bachlors of Science in Nursing in 2010 from Liberty University. Worked as a registered nurse in critical care for combined 9 years at both Rush-Copley Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazerene University and board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. She joined Southwest Infectious Disease Associates in 2019.
Sarah is passionate about quality patient care, ensuring patients are heard and understood, preventing, managing, and treating infectious diseases to improve one's quality of life. When not working Sarah enjoys time spent with her family, traveling, gardening, and playing tennis.
